I know why I left my blog for a while.. I hate how there’s always rules.. don’t eat this, dont eat that you will get fat.. pressured. Making out that loosing weight is so damn easy. It’s not it’s hard.. No one is around for the days you are craving that chocolate bar or bag of chips. scared of being judged..

Getting back in the swing of things from stress...
i stress eat junk -.-” and I crave it. And I couldn’t help but eat potato chips and chocolate -.-” definately doing zumba today. and I made a fruit smoothie I guess thats what you can call it
Rockmelon, Honeydew melon, banana, apples, carrot, kiwi fruit (making it acidic), orange juice (from oranges), I think thats all OH and pineapple.

Past..
So I was on facebook, and I saw my old best friends profile.. She has a new photo up and has lost alot of weight. And I saw my ex boyfriend’s and he is expecting a baby in a month.
I am not sad or weirded out by it, I think it has given me closer and that I am greatful that they are doing good things with their lifes. I am really happy for them :)
